We are finally getting rain in my neck of the woods, so decided to spend a cozy day at home. What better way to hunker down for the weekend than with some homemade Korean food? I used the recipes from Umma to make a batch of dubu-jorim and a large pot of kimchi-jjigae. Both recipes are bangers. Dubu-jorim is one of my favorite banchan dishes, and Umma’s recipe made the best version I’ve ever had! To round out the meal, made a batch of purple rice with a lot of mixed grains and some steamed egg. Delicious!
